Drip / Pour Over: Use 2 tbsp per 6oz water. Brew at 200°F for 4–5 minutes.
French Press: Coarse grind. 4 tbsp per 12oz. Steep 4 minutes, press slowly.
Cold Brew: Coarse grind. 1:5 coffee-to-water ratio. Steep 12–24 hours in fridge.
