Where is Galil Coffee roasted?

In the USA, fresh to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your bag is roasted after you order it, then shipped straight to you.

What does "Galil" mean?

Two things: the Galilee — Israel's rugged northern highlands — and the legendary Israeli-designed Galil rifle. Strength and homeland in one name.

Whole bean or ground?

Every 12oz box comes in both. Choose at checkout. For the freshest cup, buy whole bean and grind right before brewing.

What is Botz?

בוץ — "mud" — is what Israelis call field coffee, brewed anywhere with nothing but hot water. Ours is premium instant coffee: 27 servings a tube, zero equipment.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are roasted and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days; delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that. Orders $50+ ship free in the US.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email a photo within 14 days and we replace it or refund you in full — no returns needed. Full details in our refund policy.
