  • May 9, 2024: On May 9, 2024, Union Theological Seminary's board of trustees voted to divest its endowment from companies profiting from the war in Gaza, reported as among the first such actions by a U.S. institution of higher education. Where Galil stands

Our opinion: We don't stand with institutions that vote to divest over the Gaza war while their own statements say nothing about the October 7 massacre or the hostages still held.
