The context

Lee stated “I condemn antisemitism and xenophobia in all its forms” and framed her vote as opposing what she called a Republican “political football.”

Our opinion: When the House put it to a vote that Israel is not an apartheid state, she voted no. That vote is on the record, and so is our view of it.
