The context

In the same speech Hill said “No part of this is a call to destroy Israel,” and he later apologized, saying the words “clearly caused confusion, anger, fear… For that, I am deeply sorry.” We include that in full.

Our opinion: “From the river to the sea” has a plain meaning to the people it targets. He apologized; we still don’t stand with the words.
