The Irish rap group Kneecap has repeatedly staged pro-Hamas and pro-Hezbollah displays.

On the record

• 2024 — A band member was filmed draped in a Hezbollah flag chanting “Up Hamas, up Hezbollah.” [ADL]
• 2025 — Displayed “Israel is committing genocide” at Coachella; UK counter-terror police opened an investigation. [CNN]

The context

The band says it does not support Hamas or Hezbollah. We include that denial.

Where Galil stands

Our opinion: Chanting for two U.S.-designated terror organizations from a festival stage is not a grey area. We don’t stand with them.
