During Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership, the UK Equality and Human Rights Commission found that the Labour Party had committed unlawful acts in its handling of antisemitism complaints. The investigation concerned the party’s legal responsibility, not a finding about Corbyn’s private beliefs.
