• February 28, 2026: On February 28, 2026, at the BRIT Awards in Manchester, musician Jacob Alon held up a black-and-white keffiyeh over their head during Sharon Osbourne's Lifetime Achievement acceptance speech for her late husband Ozzy Osbourne, having previously altered the lyrics of their song "Fairy In A Bottle" to include the words "Free Palestine" during a performance at the 2025 Mercury Prize ceremony.
